NBG is a division of National Brokers Group powered by Latin Prime Financial Group LLC. It was built as a dual-market IMO from the beginning — a US general market side and a Hispanic market side, both native, sharing one contract, one carrier lineup, and one operational house.

Marco founded NBG as a direct-write IMO with a public split table, transparent contracts, and a full-portfolio carrier lineup — the US general market side of the operation. He leads the institutional voice of NBG for US-market agents.
Hispanic market side
Carlos J. Torres
Co-Founder · NBG Latino
Carlos built the Hispanic-market side of NBG from the ground up as Spanish-native infrastructure — the academy, the Latin Prime CRM, the bilingual leadership team, the institutional partnership frameworks. He leads the operation for agents serving the US Hispanic market.

The parent organization under which NBG operates. Provides carrier appointments, contracting infrastructure, and compliance frameworks across the operation.
NBG Latino (Hispanic division)
The Hispanic-market side of NBG. Runs the Spanish-native academy, CRM, and leadership team. Our Spanish-language division operates at nbglatino.com — same organization, Spanish-native infrastructure.
Latin Prime Financial Group LLC (operating entity)
The legal operating entity behind the day-to-day operation of NBG Latino, including the Latin Prime CRM, the training academy, and the bilingual back-office team.
